Domestic Shipping Information:

The majority of our orders ship same or next business day. It takes 1-5 days for Standard Ground shipping (UPS Ground or USPS Priority) to deliver, depending on the location of the shipping address. However, nether UPS Ground nor USPS Priority ship times are guaranteed. If you need your order to arrive within a guaranteed time frame please use UPS 2nd-Day Air or UPS Next Day method.
UPS Ground Shipping Map:
We try to keep all our products in stock at all times. However because we are a retail store as well as on-line store we may occasionally be out of stock on an item. If an item is not in stock, it usually takes 1-5 days for us to get that item in. Please feel free to contact us for product availability. We would be glad to assist you.

International Shipping Information:

You can check international shipping rates by selecting one of the USPS International Shipping options as your shipping method and clicking the "Apply" button.

USPS Express International is the preferred shipping method because it is the fastest most reliable in delivering within ship time. It also provides an actual tracking number.

USPS Priority International is the most popular shipping method because of its low cost. This method provides a 'Confirmation Number' which provides info but does not provide accurate locations and time frames the way a real tracking number does.

USPS First Class International is the lowest cost shipping method. If you have had good luck with First Class shipments in the past, this may be a good method for you. There is a $75 maximum order value for this method.

Australian and New Zealander customers are encouraged to use USPS Express as their shipping method because USPS Priority has been taking taking exceedingly long to deliver lately.

During the holiday season USPS International shipments are considerably slower then the rest of the year. We suggest ordering your products early or upgrading to USPS Express during this period.

All international shipments need credit card validation. For some cards it takes up to 2 or more days to validate international billing information. You can avoid this delay by using an Authorized PayPal account to place your order.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted on unopened items within 30 days for full store credit or exchange. Returns for money back must be authorized and may result in a 20% restocking fee. Customers pay for shipping costs on return items.
