Domestic Shipping Information:
The majority of our orders ship same or next business day. It takes 2-7 days for Standard Ground shipping to deliver, depending on the location of the shipping address.

If an item is not in stock, it usually takes 3-5 days for us to get that item in, therefore it may take up to 15 days (counting weekends)before you receive your item. After 15 days from the date you have placed your order you have the right to cancel your order.

International Shipping Information:
You can check international shipping rates by selecting 'Priority Mail International' as your shipping method.

All international shipments need credit card validation. For some cards it takes up to 3 or more days to validate international credit card information. You can avoid this delay by providing a direct phone number to your bank or by using an American Express card which can be validated instantly.


Return Policy
Returns are accepted on unopened items within 30 days for full store credit.

Returns for money back must be authorized and will result in a 20% restocking fee.

Customers pay for shipping costs on return items.
