In this “mouthwatering” DVD, expert cake decorator, Jerry Manderfield, teaches you the fun and creative aspects of bakery airbrushing. You will learn about the airbrush, compressor, and accessories you need for airbrushing. Jerry will demonstrate several basic airbrushing skills, including spraying dots, lines, borders, tinting and blending colors. Jerry shows the proper way of airbrushing with stencils, freehand lettering, and the production spraying of multiple products, as well as accenting flowers and creating a design on a full sheet cake. This 45 minute DVD will “make you hungry” to airbrush cakes and cookies. Biography of instructor: Jerry Manderfield grew up in the family bakery business and began cake decorating in 1986. Jerry has successfully competed in numerous baking and cake decorating competitions. His most recent accomplishment was earning the title of “2001 Grand Champion” by the Retailers Bakery Association.
